Marian Seiders profile picture

Marian is a retired Art Educator of 26 years with a B.A. in Art History from LBSU.  She also has a fine art teaching credential.  She studied under painter Craig Antrim and assemblage artist Michael DeMeng.

Art permeates her life. It is playful and fun, a spiritual practice, and her psychiatrist!

Assemblage is her favorite art form though she started as a painter.  She enjoys working with and experimenting with mixed media, though she still loves to paint in watercolor and acrylic. She alters books, does ceramics, encaustic, and works with other art forms. They add to her toolbox and keep her art making fresh.  She is a previous member of FAA, the Los Angeles Assemblage Group, and CAEA.
